Value Stream Manager / Business Sales Analyst

Leonard Workforce Solutions is recruiting a Value Stream Manager / Business Sales Analyst for my client, a plastics manufacturer in Lackawanna County, PA.
This is a full-time, ON-SITE position. Typical schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm.
Starting salary range is $90,000 - $95,000/year + amazing benefits.
Summary/Objective
The Business Sales Analyst is responsible for taking a data driven, comprehensive view of a product or group of products, with the aim of maximizing the value gained by our customers and our company. It is a critical position as the company seeks a market reputation for World Class products and service. The duties will be performed while maintaining high standards with respect to safety, productivity, quality and on-time delivery.
Essential Functions

Oversees all SAP Cloud (C4C) activity for business unit, including leads, opportunities, sales quotes, sales orders, and pipeline. *Very important function
Serves as secondary point of contact for SAP Cloud (C4C) administration, as part of a global matrix environment. *Very important function
Works closely with SAP Cloud (C4C) team and participates with enhancements, customization, support, recommendations, and maintenance projects. *Very important function
Evaluates and documents the data collected through task analysis, workflows, business processes, surveys, etc. *Very important function
Designs and documents workflow, manages and provides solutions to new business ideas, trends, and concepts appropriately through the latest technological paths. *Very important function
Review sales and production data to ensure finished goods inventories are optimized (A, B and custom contract items)
Review orders, schedules, and other information to determine work sequence and material shipping dates, type, volume and destination as Leader of the On Time Team.
Manage production schedule as advocate for the Customer Service team and On Time Performance team.
Identify improvement opportunities and perform under minimal supervision to attain results as well as process enhancements.
Engage fully in 90 Day Goal process and engage fully with Vice President of Operations to review goals weekly and monthly as appropriate.
Prepare management reports (specific reporting to be determined)
Creates monthly KPI reports for sales and other key activities (as identified by organization).
Maintains an active understanding of the product offering available from their specific location, and globally in support of organization.
Responsible for training of employees in the SAP function.
Responsible for streamlining of existing procedures across all functions.
Ensures accuracy of the physical inventory and reported results. Investigates and explains book to
Analyzes potential excess and obsolete inventory items monthly.
Assists in the completion of special projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, statistics, or a related field with equivalent combination of education and experience.
2+ years’ experience with CRM administration. Experience using SAP Cloud (C4C) a plus.
2+ years relevant experience in Sales / Customer Service environment.
Strong understanding of CRM platform best practices and functionality.
Strong data management and analytical abilities.
Must have computer efficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, C4C and SAP.
Must have strong communication abilities and be able to interface at all levels or organization.
Work independently or as part of a team and complete multiple task assignments.
Willing to travel domestically and globally as needed (less than 15%).
Strong written and verbal communication skills with Bi-lingual ability in both English and German languages a plus.
Lean Six Sigma experience a plus.
