Leonard Workforce Solutions is recruiting a Sale and Marketing Manager for my client, Iron-Tree Data Networks in Dunmore, PA.

We partner with major hardware and software providers such as Cisco, Dell/EMC, VMware, and HP to provide best of breed solutions to meet our customers’ business needs. 2025 marks our 21st anniversary.

Sales and Marketing, plain and simple.
What you have to do:
Open doors, get meetings and work with our talented team to translate business needs into solutions. Once you’re in, you’ll manage and grow the relationship with the customer. Due to the high quality of service we provide, we thrive on repeat business.
For those that need more specific requirements-
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve targets.
Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for expansion.
Utilize a CRM tool to track sales performance and customer interactions.
Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services effectively.
Eventually assisting with building a sales team.
What you need:
A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in sales, preferably technical products and/or services in a B2B environment.
The ability to make new connections and quickly build trust.
A high level of self-motivation and the ability to work on your own.
What’s in it for you:
Base salary up to $60,000/yr. + commission
